Frequently Asked Questions

Mobile Tickets are a paperless digital ticket that are delivered electronically to your mobile phone and are not required to be printed.  Mobile Tickets can be scanned directly from your mobile phone at the venue door when you go to your next Arts Centre Melbourne event or performance.  Mobile Ticket delivery is the most convenient way to have tickets delivered for your next event.

The Mobile Ticket delivery option is available when you purchase tickets through the Arts Centre Melbourne website. Once tickets are confirmed, select the ‘Mobile Tickets’ option when prompted on the delivery options page.

Once you have finalised your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour of your purchase.  Access your email confirmation using your mobile phone and click on the Mobile Ticket link included in the email.  Your Mobile Tickets will open in a web browser and display all tickets contained in your order.  Scroll down the page to view all your tickets.

Please note:  Some events may have a ticket delivery delay in place, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

Mobile Tickets are not required to be printed but we highly recommend you have your Mobile Tickets open on your mobile phone ready to be scanned at the door.
