Arts Centre Melbourne values young people as active creators of culture.
Our Youth Outreach Program aims to bring together a diverse group of under 30s to share ideas through the performing arts. We do this by providing platforms for collaboration and presentation of work created by young people for young people.
If you’re under 30 and making original work in the performing arts, or are creating new and exciting participatory arts programs for young people, don’t be a stranger and shout out. Send some media links or other information through to email@example.com.
If this sounds like you, your organisation may be eligible for our First Call Fund.
Arts Centre Melbourne wants to help remove access barriers to learning and participation in the performing arts for people from traditionally underrepresented groups in the civic space, especially those from disadvantaged, culturally and linguistically diverse and/or regional areas.
We also seek out, establish and develop ongoing relationships with artists, community organisations and networks for young people to harness the power of the arts to develop the potential of young people artistically, personally and socially.
Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org – we'd love to hear from you.
