A rare opportunity for young music creatives to work with one of the UK’s leading theatrical composers.
In this two day workshop emerging composers will work with Curious Incident composer Adrian Sutton (UK) to gain insight into the creative process behind composing for some of the most successful theatre of our time.
Participants will be introduced to Sutton’s techniques in working with number patterns, used extensively in his Curious Incident score, to compose original music.
Music created as part of this workshop will be presented to the public in the Playhouse foyers before selected performances of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.

Award-winning composer Adrian Sutton is the man behind the music for the critically acclaimed productions The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time, War Horse and Angels in America (UK). His background in both orchestral and electronic genres has produced scores that have featured in numerous successful productions across theatre, film and TV.
