Your Safety & Wellbeing

A community of producers, musicians and like-minded creatives share musical ideas, discussions, presentations and projects through music production software, Ableton Live.

Melbourne’s Ableton Live user group is a collective of producers and musicians of all skill levels drawn together by their interest in learning and sharing the creative processes available to them using Ableton’s ‘Live’ music software.

The group holds a free monthly meet-up at The Channel where attendees share their music, ask questions about music production and listen to featured guest speakers.

Sessions regularly feature local and international music producers sharing their craft, such as Tom Cosm, Mr. Bill, DJ Kuya, Mike Callander, Adam Maggs, AMB, Winterpark, BenAtWork, LostBeat and Tom Spencer.

But the group isn’t just about guest speakers!

Facilitators encourage all members to bring their laptops, hook up to the projector and PA system, and share their creative processes and new tracks with the group.

Ableton User Group – an amazing way to learn new things, get critical feedback on your new music and meet like-minded producers.
