Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING:

Finalised ticket numbers and full payment will be due within six weeks of the booking being confirmed by ACM.

For bookings made within six weeks of the event date, finalised ticket numbers and full payment will be due within two weeks of the booking being confirmed by ACM.

AMENDING YOUR BOOKING:

You must advise ACM in writing of any changes to your booking.

Any changes to student numbers are only permitted within six weeks of the booking being confirmed by ACM. Tickets may be reduced by a maximum of 10% of the original booking only.

Tickets may be increased, pending availability.

Once payment has been made, the booking is finalised and no further changes are permitted.

For bookings made within six weeks of the event date, no amendments to bookings or refunds are permitted. The school is liable to pay the total cost of the original booking.

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:

Cancellations are only accepted before final payment is due.

Once payment has been made the booking is finalised and no refunds will be provided.

SUBSIDISED ATTENDANCE:

Additional terms and conditions may apply if school receives subsidy funding from ACM. These terms will be provided upon confirmation of subsidy.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The booking teacher is responsible for ensuring that student numbers are accurate, payment is organised and the school is notified of the booked activities. If the booking teacher leaves the school, it is their responsibility to pass all information of the booking to a new contact teacher before they depart and to inform ACM of the change of contact teacher.

The school is responsible for supervising all members of the school group and for providing the required number of teachers and/or authorised supervising adults to accompany the group.

The school must ensure that all members of the school group, including teachers and authorised supervising adults, comply with:

  • the ACM Conditions of Entry; and
  • a lawful and reasonable direction given by an ACM team member or representative while at ACM premises.

The school warrants that all teachers and authorised supervising adults hold Working with Children Checks and other such checks as required by law to prove the suitability of a person to work with children and young people. For more information see our Child Protection Policy.

The school indemnifies ACM against all loss, damage and costs incurred, sustained or suffered by ACM arising out of or in connection with or as a consequence, whether directly or indirectly, the entry or presence of the school group at ACM premises or any failure by the school to comply with these schools requirements.
