What moves you? Find out with renowned choreographer Amrita Hepi.

Create your very own dance move in this one-on-one workshop. Starting with a conversation about who you are – your passions, personality and community – you and Amrita will collaborate on a signature movement that expresses who you are, and perform it together.

At the end of each day, Amrita will present a free mini-performance based on the dance moves dreamed up in that day's session. Each dance will be performed in a different location around Arts Centre Melbourne.

On the final day of Amrita’s residency, she will perform a solo dance work using all the dance movements collected throughout that week. Children and families who take part in the workshops are invited back as part of their workshop ticket, to enjoy the final performance.

Get ready to twirl, jump, leap and play in this unique interactive workshop. What will your dance move be?

Please note: These sessions are designed to be experienced one-on-one with Amrita. However, if you are a bit shy, a second ticket (also $25.00) is available for a friend or sibling and can be purchased over the phone or at the Box Office.
