Act One

Chicken Empanada
This popular New York Street food originated in South America and is a parcel of chicken with onion, tomatoes, and American cheese and served with a red and green Porto Rico mojo dipping sauce.

Act Two

Cordero Asado
Cordero Asado is Spanish for lamb and is a very simple dish and one of the most popular festive meals in Spain. Our team of chefs have carefully slow roasted a shoulder of lamb served with a sweet potato mash, South American fried beans and finished with a wood fire smoked jus.

Final Act

Mojito flan
Havana, the birthplace of the Mojito is our inspiration for our final dish – the Mojito flan, with plenty of lime, dark rum and white rum in a velvety custard flan.
