Frequently Asked Questions

eTickets are a paperless digital ticket that are delivered via email and are not required to be printed. eTickets can be scanned directly from your mobile phone at the venue door when you go to your next Arts Centre Melbourne event or performance.

The eTickets delivery option is available when you purchase tickets through the Arts Centre Melbourne Contact Centre or at the Box Office.

Once you have finalised your booking, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour of your purchase. You will also receive a separate email including your eTickets attached. Using your mobile phone, access your email and open your eTickets.

Please note: Some events may have a ticket delivery delay in place, so please refer to your confirmation email for details.

If your email does not arrive in your inbox, please check your Promotions, Junk or Spam folders before calling the Contact Centre on 1300 182 183.

eTickets are not required to be printed but we highly recommend you have your eTickets open on your mobile phone ready to be scanned at the door.
Yes, you can forward the email containing the attached eTickets.  Please note, each ticket has a unique QR code that ensures it can only be used once to gain entry to an event.  If one or more of your party is arriving separately, please let them know which ticket or tickets are theirs, to ensure tickets are only scanned once and to save them time at the door.
If you find yourself at the venue and unable to access your eTickets on your mobile phone, please visit the Box Office and we will be able to assist you.  Photo ID will be required to access your account details.

If booking on our website, please select your preferred ticket delivery option when asked how you would like to receive your tickets.  If booking at the Box Office or Contact Centre, please let us know your preference for a paper ticket.

Please note: Fees apply.
