Returning October 2026: Dine and delight before you take your seat

Experience Arts Centre Melbourne's elegant dining venue. Located on the mezzanine level of the Theatres Building, The Dining Room offers two and three course set menus perfect for a pre-theatre experience.

Showcasing a seasonal modern Australian cuisine, The Dining Room pairs fresh and local ingredients with a selection of wines, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

The Dining Room returns from 24 October 2026. Bookings are now open Thursday to Sunday in line with the reopening of the Ian Potter State Theatre and the Summer season.

New Year's Eve Under the Spire

This special dining experience pairs a three-course curated menu from Executive Chef Diego Rosales with a selection of local Victorian wines.
