From 14 February to 5 March during Asia TOPA, Chef David Moyle takes over The Barre And The Barre Backyard.
Join us for a selection of Thai street food by Chef David Moyle in The Barre and The Barre Backyard, a precursor of what’s to come from Moyle’s soon-to-open roof-top venue, LongSong at Longrain.
Within The Barre order a selection of Thai influenced tastes such as betel leaf of young ginger and spring bay mussels or grilled calamari with long pepper and mint. The dining menu has been enhanced with a number of speciality Asia TOPA cocktails developed in collaboration with Longrain and Melbourne Gin Company.
Outside, The Barre Backyard is transformed into a relaxed outdoor eating experience with grills fired up, Thai flavours and casual seating and pop up bars, perfect to enjoy the mild summer weather with friends.
